Design of Intellectual Network Management System for CATV and It's Status & Function

This article briefly discusses the necessity of the network management system of the CATV(abbreviation for it:NMS) and promotes the concept of the CATV Intellectual Network System. NMS is also illustrates the status and the function of network system in intellectual network system,and the brief illustration is different from the implementation method and mechanism with traditional network management. It is the key to realize NMS in these facets:the whole network playing or achieving the "intellectual" and every subsystem work together,and to raise the ability of the self-adaptation.
