轻骨料施工预处理方法及其对高强轻骨料混凝土施工性能影响的模拟试验

摘    要:在综述国内外轻骨料施工预处理方法的基础上,通过试验模拟了轻骨料不预湿、浸水预湿、加压预湿、真空预湿等方法,研究了轻骨料施丁预处理方法对高强轻骨料预湿程度及所拌混凝土施工性能的影响.结果表明:采用真空预湿法、加压预湿法可有效提高高强轻骨料的预湿程度以及所拌制混凝土的流动性,对混凝土施工有利,但应注意控制轻骨料在新拌混凝土中的上浮问题.

Abstract:Based on summarization of lightweight aggregate construction pre-treatment methods,these methods which not include pre-wetting,soaking pre-wetting,pressure pre-wetting,vacuum pre-wetting and so on are simulated by experiments.The influence of these construction pre-treatment methods to pre-wetting degree of high strength lightweight aggregate and construction property of fresh concrete is studied.The result shows that the methods of vacuum pre-wetting and pressure pre-wetting can well improve the pre-wettin...
