现代汽车发动机故障诊断技术的现状与发展研究

摘    要:电控发动机因为在实现低污染、低能耗方面的优越性,已成为汽车动力的主力。而电控发动机在控制原理上不同于化油器式汽油发动机,电控发动机的型式又多种多样,电控发动机的故障诊断就成为汽车维修行业所面临的主要问题。因为技术手段的限制,现有的故障诊断方法及工具要快速、准确诊断发动机所有故障还有一定难度。文章介绍了发动机故障诊断的现状及存在问题,分析其发展趋势,就如何快速诊断给出了常用技巧。

Abstract:Electronically controlled engine has become the main resource of automobile power because of its superiority in lower pollution emissions and energy consumption.Owning to its different controlling principle to the carburetor petrol engine and its various types,the fault diagnosis of electronically controlled engine has become the main problem in the industry of automobile maintenance.On account of the limited technology,it is difficult to diagnose all engine fault with the present method and tools.In view of this,this article introduces the present situation and the problems in fault diagnosis of the electronically controlled engine,analyzes its developing trend and suggests some useful skills.
