硫化床燃煤注汽锅炉上煤系统危险性评价与控制措施

摘    要:硫化眯燃煤污水注汽锅炉(以下简称燃煤锅炉)在新疆油田稠油开采中首饮应用,锅炉运行所需的主要物料是大量细粒径煤,本文主要就燃煤的储存、输送系统及输送过程存在的危险有害因素进行分析,评估,主要应用作业条件的危险性评价和事故树等方法实施定性或半定量评价,提出相应控制措施,预防职业病和确保上煤系统安全稳定运行。

Fluidized Bed Coal on the Coal Burning Steam Injection Boiler System Risk Assessment and Conlrol Measures
Abstract:Fluid-bed coal-fueled steam generator has been used in heavy crude oil exploiting for the first time in Xinjiang Oil Field. The major fuel used for the generator is coal particles in small diameter. This thesis analyses and assesses the dangerous and harmful factors which exist in the storage of coal, transport system and in the process of transporting coal. It makes qualitative and half-quantitative assessment by using different analyzing and assessing methods such as risk assessment in the operating conditions, incident analysis, etc. The thesis also puts forward control measures to take precautions against occupational diseases and to ensure the safe and stable running of the fuel-transporting system.
