摘    要:用核壳型粒子MBS与SBR相配合形成复合改性剂以求对AS树脂达到良好的协同增韧效果,同时保持其原有优良性能。用SEM、TMA等方法研究共混体系的微观形态,发现复合改性剂能改善AS树脂脆性大,动态力学性能差的缺点。

Abstract:Nucleus shell MBS and SBR were blended to have a composite modifier for the synergistic toughening of AS resin,keeping the inherent property of AS unchanged.The micromorphology of AS/MBS/SBR blend system was studied by means of SEM and TMA.The results showed the tougheness and dynamic mechanical properties of AS resin were improved by the use of the composite modifier.The toughening mechanism of the modifier was also studied.
