桥式起重机主梁变形原因分析及修复

摘    要:文章分析了电铅阳极桥式起重机变形的原因,并对桥式起重机主、副梁变形数据进行了测量分析,用火焰加热和增加加强筋进行了矫正和修复。结果表明,修复后的桥式起重机解决了长期存在的大车啃车和小车爬坡不能准确定位,制动不能停留在指定位置以及减速箱经常损坏等现象。技术改造消除了生产安全隐患,节约了大量的设备购置和安装费用,为保证生产赢得了时间和效益。

Abstract:The deformation cause of electrolytic lead bridge crane is analyzed,deformation data of main and secondary beam of bridge crane is measured,and beam is corrected and repaired using flame heating and stiffener enhancing.The results showed that repaired bridge crane was proved to solve long-existed problems,including cart gnawing,inaccurate location trolley climbing,unmerited braking position and frequent damage of reduction gearbox.By technical transformation,hidden danger in production is avoided,a large am...
