煤矿设备预知维护系统的设计

摘    要: 本文针对目前煤矿设备管理中采用计划维修所存在的问题,提出了矿用设备预知维护系统(简称为4M系统),该系统集设备日常信息管理、工况监测、故障模型模拟及预知维修模型决策四种功能于一体,为煤矿设备管理工作提供了新的指导方法。另外,以带式输送机传动系统为例,介绍了相应的4M系统的实现过程。
