摘    要: 综采工作面的“三机”(采煤机、刮板输送机及液压支架)配套及其系统的稳定性是成套综采设备的核心。羊场湾煤矿首个6.2m采高工作面煤层倾角大、走向起伏角大、顶板围岩破碎、工作面易片帮冒顶,赋存环境复杂。以此为工程背景,研究了该工作面成套国产设备的适应性及稳定性控制问题,并提出了针对性的控制措施。现场开采实践证明,现有的设备及技术措施有效控制了“三机”及系统的稳定,保证了工作面安全、顺利回采。该技术对宁东矿区其他大采高工作面设备系统的稳定性控制有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The three machines(coal shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic powered support) match in a fully mechanized coal mining face and the system stability would be the key of the completed set fully mechanized mining equipment.The first 6.2m high cutting coal mining face in Yangchangwan Mine was high in seam inclination,high in strike undulating angle,broken in roof surrounding rock,easy in spalling and roof falling of the coal mining face and the deposit environment of the coal mining face was complicated.Base ...
