| 摘 要： | [摘要]：本文应用《制订地方大气污染物排放标准的技术方法》( GB/T 3840- 91)中的A值法测算了平朔矿区SO2大气环境容量。测算结果表明：平朔矿区SO2大气环境容量为35512.0t/a，而目前平朔矿区SO2实际排放量为4495.7t/a，矿区规划项目新增SO2排放量为21528.3t/a。因此平朔矿区仍有9488.0t/a的SO2环境容量剩余，完全可以满足平朔矿区总体规划需要。

| Abstract: | The A value method stipulated in The Technical Method to Set Up Local Atmosphere Pollutant Emission Standard(GB/T 3840-91) was applied to calculate the atmosphere environment volume of SO2 in Pingshuo Mining Area.The calculation results showed that the atmosphere environment volume of SO2 in Pingshuo Mining Area was 35512.0t/a,the present actual emission of SO2 in Pingshuo Mining Area was 4495.7t/a and the new increased emission of SO2 would be 21528.3t/a for the planned projects in the mining area.Thus the... |
