深井松软煤层大断面硐室控制技术研究

摘    要: 余吾煤业南翼胶带机头硐室断面尺寸超大,围岩条件差,巷道维护困难,分析该条件下巷道破坏因素,采用数值模拟研究大断面巷道变形破坏特征,掌握其规律,结合强力支护理论,提出巷道控制对策。井下施工实践表明,施工方案能够成功控制巷道变形,维护巷道稳定。

Abstract:The section size of the south belt head chamber is super large in Yuwu coal mine, and the condition of its surrounding rock is poor. In order to solve the roadway maintenance under this condition, deformation damage factors of Large Cross Section Chamber are analyzed, deformation characteristics is studied by numerical simulation, and the deformation regularity of surrounding rock is mastered. Based on the high pre-stressed power support theory, the control measures is put forward, the control scheme is applied in the underground engineering test. The research results show that the roadway deformation is controlled effectively by the Control schemes and Chamber is used normally.
