| 摘 要： | 通过分析汽车工业发展的现状及趋势,说明了湖北汽车产业实施产业重组的紧迫性。研究单一企业和整体企业竞争力的差异,提出了增强湖北汽车整体竞争力的战略和途径;借助统计数据对三大汽车集团的横向比较分析,得出了湖北省汽车工业在三大集团内部处于不利地位的结论。只有通过产业重组才能真正提高湖北汽车产业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The automobile industry conditions and development at the present show that it is urgent to restructure Hubei automobile industry. The different competition between a single enterprise and group enterprises is discussed. And the concept of group competition strategy is put forth. Through the detailed comparison among three large automobile groups in China, the status of Hubei automobile industry is determined. It is pointed out that we should not neglect the potential industry risks and challenges, and only by hard working can we meet the international automobile challenges. |
