摘    要:某皮革有限公司皮革废水处理原采用物化处理-普通活性污泥法,但是经物化处理后的废水不能全部进入活性污泥池使CODCr达标,氨氮100%不达标。分析了三价铬、高浓度硫化物、高浓度氨氮、油脂、酚类以及表面活性剂等对皮革废水生化处理效果的影响,并且提出利用地下水中的Fe2+催化氧化除去S2-,在活性污泥中投加粉末活性炭及增加脱氮装置改善出水水质的方法,使CODCr和氨氮达标排放。

Abstract:A leather industrial Co.,Ltd.used physical-chemical treatment combined common activated sludge process to treat leather-making wastewater,however,wastewater through the physical-chemical treatment was unable to wholly entered the activated sludge tank and made CODCr meet the standard,the unqualified rate of ammonia nitrogen removal was 100%.The influences of Cr3+,high concentration sulphide,high concentration ammonia nitrogen,grease,hydroxybenzene and surface active agents on the effect of biochemical treatment of leather-making wastewater were analyzed,besides,a method that using Fe2+ in ground water to remove S2-with catalytic oxidation process,adding powder activated carbon into the activated sludge,and setting denitrogen device was proposed,for it could improve quality of effluent water and made CODCr and ammonia nitrogen meet the requirement of the discharge standard.
