α-成核剂对高冲击强度聚丙烯结晶性能和力学性能的影响

摘    要:采用广角X射线衍射法和差示扫描量热法分析高冲击强度聚丙(烯HIPP)的结晶性能,采用偏光显微镜观察球晶生长过程,并且对其力学性能进行分析。结果表明:加入α-成核剂后,HIPP的结晶速率明显提高,晶粒尺寸变小,结晶度提高,结晶温度和熔融温度明显提高;添加少量的α-成核剂就可使HIPP的弯曲强度和弯曲模量大幅度提高同,时拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度也略有提高。

Abstract:The crystal properties of high impact polypropylene(HIPP) were analyzed by wide angle X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry.The spherulite growing process was observed by polarized light microscopy,and mechanical properties were analyzed.The results show that: with the addition of α-nucleating agent,the crystallization rate of PP increases,the crystal size becomes smaller,and the degree of crystallinity increases,and the crystallization temperature and melting temperature significantly improves.The flexural strength and modulus increase significantly by adding small amount of α-nucleating agent,while tensile strength and notched impact strength increase slightly.
