摘    要:对玉米淀粉与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯的固相接枝共聚反应进行了研究,采用红外光谱表征了淀粉接枝共聚物的结构,讨论了各反应因素对接枝率、接枝效率和单体转化率的影响。最佳工艺条件为:引发剂用量为7 phr水,用量为35 phr,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为50~60 min。

Abstract:The solid phase graft copolymerization of corn starch and methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate was studied.Infrared spectra was used to characterize the structure of the starch grafted copolymers and the effect of each factor on reaction was discussed.The optimum conditions are as follows: initiator is 7 phr,water is 35 phr,reaction temperature is 60℃,and reaction time is 50~60 min.
