摘    要:液态树脂过滤袋的缝制方法与工艺对保证过滤袋在承受一定工作压力作用时不发生破损、进而不发生过滤介质泄漏是非常重要的。从理论上分析了影响缝迹牢度的因素,研究了缝线张力、缝迹类型、缝纫密度对过滤袋缝制效果的影响。结果表明,选用五线包缝线迹,缝纫密度为4针/cm,是过滤袋理想的缝制工艺,缝合部位拉伸断裂强度与过滤布强度接近,经生产线试用表明该工艺能够满足使用要求。

Abstract:Sewing process was very important to liquid resin filtering bag. With poor sewing process, filtering bag would break and liquid resin thus would leak out under pressure. In this paper the factors affecting seam strength were analyzed in theory. The influences of thread, seam pattern and sewing density were also researched. Testing results showed that tensile strength of the joined part approached that of filter fabric and was an ideal process when sewing by five-thread over-locking seam with 4 stitches/cm. It was proved to work well in the production line.
