摘    要:实践中偏心轴在使用过程中多发生脆性断裂,难以达到很好的强韧配合。本文从材料及常规工艺入手,从理论上分析了组织形态对其强度和韧性的影响,改进淬火工艺后,很好地解决了强韧配合问题,使断裂韧性成倍提高。

Abstract:Brittle fracture often happens in the course of practical eccentric shaft usage,it is difficult to get a good tough match.In this paper,starting with materials and conventional process,theoretically analyzed the morphology of its strength and toughness.After improving the quenching process,solved the problems of toughness,and so the fracture toughness improved several times.
