基于Matlab的异步电动机工作特性的研究

摘    要:中小型异步电动机的工作特性一般采用直接负载法进行测定,但对大型异步电动机在制造厂或现场进行负载实验都比较困难。工程上我们通常用异步电动机的等效电路,采用试探法算出其工作特性和运行数据。本文利用异步电动机的较准确Γ型等效电路,提出其工作特性的解析计算公式。经过验证,在额定工况下利用解析公式得到的计算值与电机的设计值非常接近,可以满足工程实际的需要。另外,利用Matlab软件,可非常方便地作出三相异步电动机的工作特性曲线。

Abstract:The work characteristics of S&M type asynchronous motor are usually measured by direct load method, but it is rather difficult to do load experiment for big type asynchronous motor in the factory or locale. In engineering, the equivalent circuit is generally taken advantage of calculating its work characteristics and operation data by adopting heuristics. The resolution formulae of work characteristics are put forward by utilizing relative accurate F type equivalent circuit in this paper. The calculation values gain from resolution formulae and the design values are rather near on the rated work condition via validating. In addition, the work characteristic curves are worked out expediently by utilizing Matlab.
