| 摘 要： | 随着电力系统通信网规模的不断扩大，为了确保系统可靠运行，建立与之相适应的计算机监测系统，使系统由局部管理变为全网管理，由原来的人工值班变为计算机监控，为无人值班创造一个有利的条件。文章介绍陡河发电厂将原设备改造成监测网的过程。
