摘    要:实物数字化是反求工程的第一阶段,数字化的精度、效率以及获取数据的完整性直接影响到后期CAD模型的建立。多传感器组合测量系统对于提高数字化的效率和精度有很重要的意义。本文简要介绍了逆向工程中实物数字化方法及其特点,并针对反求工程实物数字化的特点重点论述了国内外多传感器组合测量系统的研究发展状况,分析了目前多传感器组合测量系统在反求工程中应用有待解决的问题。多传感器组合测量系统满足了整个数字化过程中柔性和自动化水平日益增强的需求,解决了单一传感器应用的局限性,将越来越广泛的应用于反求工程中。

Abstract:Part digitization is the first step in reverse engineering,and its precision,efficiency,and data integrity of the work-piece greatly influence the construction of the CAD model.Multiple-sensor combination measuring system(MCMS) is of great importance to improve the efficiency and the precision of digitization.We first review the methods of part digitization in reverse engineering and the development of MCMS.We draw the conclusion that the increasing demand on flexibility and automation of the digitization process can be satisfied by MCMS,and the shortcomings of a single sensor measuring system can also be overcome by MCMS.Finally,three problems that need to be solved in the application of MCMS to reverse engineering are pointed out.
