无氰镉-钛电镀液中镉含量分析方法的改进

摘    要:采用逐项分离的方法分析镀液中镉的含量,利用络合反应原理进行滴定,改进了分析时镉流失严重导致的重现性差、测量结果误差大等问题。结果表明,通过增加铜试剂、硝酸的用量,细化操作细节,当镉含量在15~20 g/L的范围内,改进后的分析方法测定结果准确且重现性高,并使实验误差控制在5%之内,加标回收率在95%~105%之间。

Improvement of Analysis Method of Cadmium in Non-Cyanide Cd-Ti Electroplating Solution
Abstract:The content of cadmium was analyzed using item by item separation method and the titration was operated according to the complexation reaction principle.Problems of poor reproducibility,large measurement error and so on,which were caused by the serious loss of cadmium was improved.The experimental results showed that,by increasing the dosage of copper reagent and nitric acid,refining the operational details,when the cadmium content was in the range of 15 ~20 g/L,the measuring results of improved analytical method was more accurate and showed higher reproducibility,and the experimental error was controlled under 5%.The standard recovery rate was between 95% ~ 105%.
