| 摘 要： | 针对杯盖在不同方向上有侧向圆孔和局部侧向凸起、内壁有梯形内螺纹的特点,设计了侧向抽芯、自动脱螺纹及模温控制系统,设计的模具结构紧凑、运转平稳,解决了手动脱螺纹成本高、效率低、易损伤模具的问题,生产的塑件达到了技术要求。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristic of a vacuum cup lid with side hole, lateral convex in different directions and trapezoidal internal thread, the side core-pulling, automatic thread stripping and mould temperature control system in a mould for the forming were designed. |
