大红山铜矿点柱式上向水平分层充填采矿法稳定性分析

摘    要:针对大红山铜矿西部矿段的点柱式上向水平分层充填采矿法,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对该采矿方法的设计点柱参数进行稳定性分析,模拟开挖和充填状态下顶底板位移及点柱、围岩弹塑性应力状态。结果表明,留设4 m×4 m规格的点柱,沿走向间距16 m,沿倾向间距15 m,围岩及矿柱是不稳定的,易发生剪切破坏。建议开展点柱尺寸和间距优化研究,以确保采场稳定。

Abstract:For the upward horizontal slice stoping and filling method with pointed pillars applied in west mining section in Dahongshan Copper Mine, stability analysis of the parameters of designed pointed pillars is made by using FLAC3D, simulating the elastic-plastic stress state of the pointed pillars and surrounding rocks and the displacement of roof and floor plate during excavation and filling. Results indicate that the 4 m ×4 m pillars with strike separation 16 m and dip separation 15 m are unstable, shear failure easy to occur. This paper suggests that size of pillars and separation of pointed pillars be optimized to make the stope stable.
