摘    要:从制造资源选择方向并结合典型案例,对模具型腔板中负角曲面加工的适应性进行分析,并阐述了Powermill等高精加工和投影精加工的原理,总结了负角曲面多轴加工方法,保证了零件负角曲面加工的表面质量,提高了加工效率。

Abstract:Analysis was made on the processing adaptability of mould cavity negative angle surface from aspects of manufacturing resource selection and combining typical cases. The processing principle of high precision machining and projecting like Powermill was present-ed and the multi-axis machining methods for the negative angle surface were summarized.
