摘    要:通过对失效的H13钢穿心杆进行化学成分、宏观形貌和显微组织检测,分析其发生变形和颈缩的原因。结果表明,穿心杆失效并不是真空淬火、氮-碳共渗等热处理工艺控制不当,直接原因是非金属硫化物夹杂超标,带状偏析严重及在偏析带内存在较多的链状分布碳化物液析引起的。

Abstract:The causes of deformation and necking of invalid H13 hollow rod were analyzed by testing the chemical composition, macro morphology and microscopic structure. The re-sult shows that the invalidation of the rod is not because of the improper control of heat treatment process such as vacuum hardening and nitrocarburizing; the direct cause is the excess of non-metal sulphide inclusion, serious banded segregation and more chain distribu-tion of carbide liquation existing in the segregation band.
