数控加工中半精加工特征的识别及其应用

摘    要:半精加工是数控加工常用的工序,目前数控自动编程系统中半精加工特征识别困难,工艺参数需要交互完成。利用截面法获得零件模型的截面轮廓,识别截面轮廓的内凹部分的最小内R角和最小槽间距,进而根据该尺寸提取出相应的半精加工参数,完成半精加工特征的识别。针对电极编程的实验结果表明,该识别算法对于中等复杂程度零件的加工所得结果正确率超过80%,极大提升了数控自动编程的效率。

Abstract:Semifinishing is a common process in NC machining. Currently it is difficult to achieve the feature identification of semifinishing in automatic NC programming system; and the process parameters need interaction to obtain. In this study, the method of sections was used to gain the section profile of part model and to identify the smallest interior angle R and the minimum groove spacing of inner concave part of the section profile. And then the corresponding semifmishing parameters were extracted to complete the identification of semifmishing features. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the identification algorithm for moderately complex parts is more than 80% which greatly improve the efficiency of automatic NC programming.
