| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种滑动型芯式双色注射模,阐述了模具设计要点。模具采用第1次注射硬塑料熔体,第2次注射软塑料熔体的方式进行生产,相比传统旋转型芯式双色注射模,能在生产大型双色塑件时减少模具外形尺寸,降低对注塑机空间的要求,节省模具制造成本,提高塑件生产效率。

| Abstract: | The design points of a two-component injection mould with sliding core for a scroll-shaped cover was presented. The rigid and flexible plastic melt was injected respectively in the first and second run which can reduce the mould outline dimensions and demands for the space of injection moulding machine in manufacturing large scale two-component plastic parts, compared to traditional two-component injection mould with rotating core. |
