摘    要:节能减排已成为当前每个企业生产管理和技术创新管理的主题。做为粗放型、高能耗型和低附加值型的集中代表行业—电解铝企业,其传统的智能控制系统已满足不了电解铝企业实现整体节能减排的要求。本文主要阐释了建立新型铝电解企业节能减排管理系统平台的必要性,探讨了开发此平台的可预期要求和雏形。

Abstract:At present, energy saving and emission reduction has become a subject of enterprises' pro- duction management and technology innovation. For aluminum smelting, as coarse, higher energy consuming enterprise with lower value added, the conventional intelligent control system can not meet its demand of integrated energy saving and emission reduction. This paper mainly explains the necessity of establishing a new type platform of management system for energy saving and emission reduction in aluminum smelting plants, discuss the expected requirements and embryo of developping this plat-form.
