摘    要:本文对经三种强韧化工艺和常规工艺处理的GCr15钢进行了磨损性能试验,分析了试样磨损前后的组织和表面形貌,研究了其在不同热处理状态下磨损性能的变化规律和微观机理。结果表明:经高温固溶碳化物预处理加低温短时加热淬火的GCr15钢的耐磨性比其它工艺为好。用这种工艺处理的冷模具钢,可以大大提高其使用寿命。

Abstract:The mechanism of variation of resistance to wear of GCr15 steel with heat treatment process was studied on the basis of the analysis of micro-morphology of resistance to wear specimen, as for the structure and appearance of the sample before and after wearing has been examined and analyzed. The results show that the resistance to wear of GCr15 steel treated by high temp solution to refine carbide and low temprapid heating is higher than that treated by other treatment processes. The service life of cold work die treated by this process is greatly increased.
