散装铵油炸药在面板堆石坝级配料开采中的应用

摘    要:混凝土面板堆石坝上坝级配料开采 ,过去大多采用铵锑或乳化炸药通过梯段爆破生产 ,由于耦合性相对比较差 ,细颗粒 (5mm以下 )含量难以满足设计要求 ,且成本较高 ,生产效率低。洪家渡水电站混凝土面板堆石坝上坝级配料的开采 ,经过大量现场生产性试验研究 ,表明采用散装铵油炸药开采技术上可行 ,装药耦合性好 ,料物细颗粒满足设计要求 ,采用机械装药效率高 ,安全性好 ,成本大大降低 ,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Graded material for concrete face rockfill dam is used to be exploited using ammonium antimonium or emulsified blasting powder through bench blasting, because its accouplement is not good, not only the content of fines (smaller than 5 mm) can not satisfied design requirement, but also the cost is high and the production efficient is low. Through a lot of production test research in site, it proved feasible in technology to exploit graded materials for concrete face rockfill dam of Hongjiadr Hydropower Station using bulk ammon nitrate gelignite. This method also has some advantages such as charging accouplement is good, fines of materials can meet design requirement, efficient of charging using mechanism is high, safety is improved, cost is be cut down as well as benefit is notable, etc.
