散装铵油炸药在面板堆石坝级配料开采中的应用

Application of Bulk Ammon Nitrate Gelignite in Exploitation of Graded Materials for Face Rockfill Dam

Graded material for concrete face rockfill dam is used to be exploited using ammonium antimonium or emulsified blasting powder through bench blasting, because its accouplement is not good, not only the content of fines (smaller than 5 mm) can not satisfied design requirement, but also the cost is high and the production efficient is low. Through a lot of production test research in site, it proved feasible in technology to exploit graded materials for concrete face rockfill dam of Hongjiadr Hydropower Station using bulk ammon nitrate gelignite. This method also has some advantages such as charging accouplement is good, fines of materials can meet design requirement, efficient of charging using mechanism is high, safety is improved, cost is be cut down as well as benefit is notable, etc.
