摘    要:为了满足钢板超声波探伤时,检测扫查面积达到规定要求,必须对超声波探伤探头的数量、位置、探伤速度等进行合理选择。介绍了超声波探伤机械结构的工作原理,并以探头数量、探伤速度、机械结构所形成的正弦波扫查轨迹创建了简易的数学模型,从而快捷、准确地得出探头的布置数量,方便了超声波探伤岗位人员对设备的调校。该数学模型真实地反映了检测扫查面积,简易实用。

Abstract:During steel plate ultrasonic test course,in order to make scanning area obtain specified requirements,it must select reasonable quantity,position and working speed for ultrasonic test probes.This article introduced working principle of ultrasonic test mechanical structure,established simple mathematics model through sine wave scanning track which formed by probe quantities,working speed and mechanical structure,thereby,probe display quantity was received quickly and exactly,this will offer convenience for ultrasonic test workers to check equipment.This kind of mathematics model truly reflect scanning area,it is simple and easy to use.
