皮尔格轧机机架整体加宽改造的焊接工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了攀钢集团成都钢钢铁有限责任公司周期轧管分厂妒18轧管机组皮尔格轧机机架的返修及整体宽度加大改造中。通过采用合理的焊接规范和适当的工艺措施,降低焊接应力,确保焊接质量,从而使机架返修的焊接质量达到预期效果。

Abstract:The article described the reprocessing and fully - widening work on Pilger mill stand of the φ318 rolling plant in the Pilger mill factory of Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd. By applying proper welding conditions and adopting suitable process technology, the welding stress was reduced and the welding quality was assured, which enabled the welding quality of the reprocessed stand could reach expected result.
