稻壳粉对C30混凝土性能影响的试验研究

摘    要:为分析稻壳粉对C30混凝土性能的影响,通过改变掺入稻壳粉的掺量测定了标准养护条件下C30混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冻性能及抗渗性能。结果为在稻壳粉掺量5%~10%的范围内,稻壳粉对早期抗压、抗折强度影响不大,对后期强度影响明显;能提高C30混凝土的抗冻性;能提高混凝土的抗渗性,8%掺量时尤为明显。

Abstract:This paper explores the effects rice hull powder on concrete. With changing the amount of rice hull powder to test the compressive strength,rupture strength and impermeability of C30 concrete under standard condition. The result is that between 5%-10%,the effect of rice hull powder on early compressive strength and early rupture strength of concrete is little and later is obvious; the rice hull powder can improve the frost resistance and impermeability of C30 concrete, 8% is especially obvious.
