新疆地区煤矿地质环境影响程度分析评价模型

摘    要:充分考虑矿山地质环境影响因素,结合新疆地区煤矿地质环境破坏特点,建立了适合该地区煤矿地质环境影响程度评价的指标体系和评价模型。评价指标体系由矿山开采引发或加剧地质灾害规模、地质灾害威胁人员数量、涌水量或工业废水排放量、矿山设施挖损或压占破坏土地后或地面塌陷后地面主导坡度、地面塌陷或挖损最大深度或压占堆积物最大高度、对土地资源的影响程度等6个因素组成。以新疆地区17个煤矿的88个评价单元作为学习样本,建立了新疆地区煤矿地质环境影响程度评价模型,采用回代估计方法对模型进行检验,符合率达96.6%。将该评价模型应用到新疆科尔克煤矿,对该煤矿的9个评价单元进行地质环境影响程度评价,评价结果表明,该评价指标体系和评价模型对新疆地区煤矿地质环境影响程度评价具有一定的参考价值,在实际应用过程中可作为规范评价的一个有力补充。

An evaluation model for geological environmental impact of coal mines in Xinjiang
Abstract:This paper presents an evaluation indicator system and evaluation model of coal mine geological environment in Xinjiang,which was established by fully taking into account of the influence factors of mine geological environment and coal mine geological features in Xinjiang.The evaluation indicator system is composed of the scale of mining-induced geological disaster,personnel number threatened by geological hazards,water inflow or industrial wastewater emission,predominant ground slope after the land destruction by subsidence or mining facilities excavating loss or occupied,the maximum depth of subsidence or excavating loss or the maximum height of coal rejects,impact on land resources.Based on the learning samples from 88 evaluation units of 17 mines in Xinjiang,the evaluation model of coal mines geological environment has been established,and the model is verified by a back analysis method,the coincidences reaches 96.6%.The evaluation model is then applied to the Kolk Coalmine in Xinjiang.The results of the nine evaluation units of the mine show that the proposed evaluation indicator system and model have a reference value for the assessment of the impact of coalmine geological environment in Xinjiang area.In practice,the evaluation model can be used as a powerful supplement to the standard evaluation.
