TiC-Ni-Mo金属陶瓷的SHS法合成

摘    要:利用自蔓延高温燃烧合成结合准热等静压技术(SHS/PHIP)成功地制备了高致密度的TiC24Ni6Mo金属陶瓷(TN30)。金属陶瓷主要由球形TiC颗粒和近乎网状的Ni粘结相组成。TiC颗粒与粘结相界面结合良好,部分粘结相中残留有微量的游离碳。TN30的抗弯强度和抗压强度分别达到910MPa和3.04GPa。

Abstract:Densified TiC 24Ni 6Mo cermet was prepared by self propagating high temperature synthesis and pseudo hot isostatic pressing(SHS/PHIP). The cermet mainly consists of spheroidal TiC particles and quasi continuous Ni binder phase. Interfacial bonding between TiC and Ni is found to be of a good quality. Residual C exists in Ni binder phase. Transverse rupture strength and compressive strength are approximately 910 MPa and 3.04 GPa, respectively.
