| 摘 要： | 结合中国石油大连石化公司300×104t/a渣油加氢脱硫装置Incoloy 825材质管道的焊接施工,介绍了Incoloy 825材质管道的焊接特性及焊接工艺性。系统地阐述了Incoloy 825材质在焊接过程中热裂纹产生的原因及其预防措施。针对Incoloy 825材质焊接特点制定了合理的焊接工艺,通过优化改进焊接工艺方法,有力保证了Incoloy 825材质管道的焊接施工质量。

| Abstract: | This article introduces welding characteristics and technology of Incoloy 825 material pipeline.It describes systematically the causes generating hot cracks and precautions during the welding process of Incoloy 825 material.Aiming at welding characteristics of Incoloy 825 material,reasonable welding process is formulated,by optimizing the welding methods,it can effectively ensure the construction weilding quality of Incoloy 825 material pipeline. |
