SIS的若干设计原则

摘    要:为更好地指导现阶段厂级监控信息系统(SIS)的设计,中国电力工程顾问集团公司组织所属设计院和相关电厂对目前SIS的设计和应用情况进行了调查和总结,对SIS建设中的若干热点问题进行了研究和讨论,确定了目前设计SIS时应掌握的设计原则:SIS的基本功能设置包括厂级实时数据采集与监视、厂级性能计算与分析;建议将机组级性能计算功能放在机组分散控制系统(DCS)中完成;SIS的网络设计应全厂统一规划、分步实施;实时/历史数据库的标签规模应根据SIS的功能范围、电厂的建设规模及运行管理水平等因素综合考虑确定。

Abstract:In order to instruct the design of current plant-level SIS,China Power Engineering Consulting Corporation organized its design institutes and related power plants to research and summarize the design and application of SIS,discuss some hotspot problems of SIS and determine the principles of SIS design to be observed for the time being.The basic functions of SIS include real-time data acquisition and supervision,performance calculation and analysis;performance calculation of unit is suggested to be realized in DCS;the design of SIS network should be integrated planned and carried out step by step;in addition,the tag number scale of real-time/history database should be determined in accordance with the functions of SIS,scale of power plant,as well as the management and operation level etc.
