| 摘 要： | 基于我国电信产品总体资费计价的困难,从电信业务收入与电信业务总量的相互关系中,推算出二者的比值,作为我国电信产品综合资费的替代变量,以反映我国电信产品综合资费的总体变动趋势。实际处理中,能够解释相应的资费变动,经验检测结果也与我国电信业的实际增长情况相符合。

A measurement for telecom output complex average price in China |

| Abstract: | From the relationship between telecommunications service revenue and traffic volumes of telecom service,the paper deduces the ratio of them,and sets it as a substitute of telecom output complex average price.It is found that the ratio time series can reflect China overall telecom tariff tendency.The result is also supported by empirical test using data of year 1949 to 2000 and actual background of telecom tariff reform. |
