| 摘 要： | 为了解决高精度（J级）合金冷带在生产中常出现厚度偏差异常波动现象，对其产生原因进行了分析，并根据产生原因采取了相应的改进措施，如过共析钢开坯时压下率应大于10％、冷轧开坯带卷一般不并卷退火，退火时带卷底部垫高300mm等等。
