耒阳电厂1号炉燃烧器位置水冷壁管向火侧腐蚀分析及改进

摘    要:通过在大修中对耒阳电厂l号炉燃烧器位置水冷壁管检查发现,该区域内未被卫燃带敷设的水冷壁裸管向火侧存在严重腐蚀现象,将该区域的腐蚀产物状况和成份进行分析,结合运行中测试的烟气成份进行了腐蚀机理分析,找到了该区域水冷壁管向火侧(高温)腐蚀原因。介绍处理和防范水冷壁高温腐蚀的措施,对其处理效果进行跟踪观察,效果良好。

Abstract:It was found during the overhaul of No.1boiler in Leiyang Power Plant that serious fireside corrosion existed on the bare waterwall tubes at burners site without refractory belt line d.Through the analysis of situation and composition of corrosion product in this region,and combined with the analysis of corrosion mechanism of flue gas composition tested during operation,the causes of fireside(high temperature)corrosion of waterwall tubes in this region were found.This paper briefs the handling and preventive measures of high temperature corrosion of waterwall.The tracking observation showed that handling effect was good.
