燃煤锅炉火焰温度测量

摘    要:在研究了国内外辐射高温计发展现状的基础上,通过对燃煤锅炉火焰辐射特性的分析,建立了一种适合测量燃煤火焰温度的四波长光谱测量模型,以该模型为基础建立起来的测量系统考虑了炉壁的辐射干扰和固体颗粒的散射作用,并且不设置参考辐射源,能够快速,准确,方便地测量出火焰温度。

Abstract:By analyzing the radiation characteristics of the flame in the coal boiler,a four wavelength pyrometer model is proposed in this paper to measure the flame temperature of the coal boiler.The measurement system based on this model,in which the radiation of the chamber surface and the scattering of the solid particles are consistently accounted for,can quickly and accurately measure the temperature of the flame without a reference radiation resource.
