| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of the risk in modem project construction and the common international approach for its management, this paper analyzes engineering guarantee and insurance of construction project, and proposes risk manageement measures for project construction using agent consturction model, in order to perfect engineering guarantee system and establish new professional liability insurance. |
