摘 要: | 介绍尿素熔融转鼓造粒技术和目前普遍采用的挤压造粒技术生产有机无机复混肥的工艺流程及其技术特点;对目前国内已采用的几种有机无机复混肥造粒技术的优缺点进行了分析比较;介绍了湖北中化东方肥料有限公司采用尿素熔融转鼓造粒技术生产有机无机复混肥技术方案的比较选择情况,以及装置的试生产情况。

Production of Semi -organic compound fertilizer by drum granulator with urea melt spraying |

Abstract: | The processes and technique characteristics of both the drum granulation technique with urea melt spraying and popular extruder granulation process, are presented; the merits and faults of a few granulating techniques for semiorganic compound fertilizers are compared and discussed; in Sinochem Oriental Fertilizer Co., Ltd, Hubei province, the technique of drum granulator with urea melt spraying is adopted, and the process comparison and trial run are also described. |
