酶法提取植物油的工艺方法及特点

摘    要:介绍了酶法提取植物油的多种工艺方法,讨论了有关工艺的影响因素,总结了酶法提油工艺的特点,对现有文献报道的工艺方法的优缺点进行了评述。从植物油提取工艺应用的要参出发,提出了酶法提油需进一步研究的问题。应用生产量大、价格低廉的酶是该方法工业化的基础,进一步提高得油率及研究提油后油料蛋白利用的技术,是酶法提油工艺发展的根本。

Abstract:To utilize the protein and oil effectively,enzymes are used in the pretreatment of oilseeds before extracting oil with aqueous extraction,solvent extraction or expressing process,it receives a popular welcome for many researchers at homeland and abroad for the good quality of protein kept after the treatment.In this review,the various technology methods of enzymatic extraction plant oil are introduced.The various influence factors of technology are discussed.The advantage and disadvantage of the reported processing are summarized and discussed.The further problems should be noticed and solved since the enzymatic extraction processes in application are mentioned.Using the high production and low cost enzymes is the base of industrialization of this technology.How to improve the oil yield and study the technology of making use of the protein after extracting oil is the key of developing the technology.
