| 摘 要： | 高校校办产业在社会主义市场经济大潮的冲击下，累积众多正反经验教训，方逐步确立了其市场定位的合理依托点，并促使了高校校办产业从自发式向自觉型发展模式的转型。但是，宏观方向或市场定位问题的解决，又掩盖不住高校校办产业微观上存在的困扰其发展的大量困难与问题，笔者对这些困难与问题产生的原因及解决方法也一并作了探讨分析。

| Abstract: | Under the impact of socialist market economy, collgeg-run enterprises have accumulated experiences and lessons, have established their reasonable positions in the market and promoted their transformation from spontaneous development to conscious development .However, with the solution of macro-orientation and the establishment of market position, if can't be concealed that a number of difficulties and problems interfere with the development of college-run enterprises. The author makes an analysis of these problems, the causes of these problems and the solution to these problems. |
