基于增值服务的电信顾客复杂网络管理决策

摘    要:从复杂网络的视角分析电信服务的顾客之间的联系,运用试验分析的方法验证了电信服务产品的顾客之间联系的无标度复杂网络的特征结构。讨论了基于客户服务和增值服务产品的电信服务顾客之间的复杂网络的演化后的模型结构,提出了基于客户服务的复杂网络的管理决策和基于增值服务产品开发的电信复杂网络的管理决策。

Abstract:The customer relation in telecommunication service is analyzed from viewpoint of complex network. The relation is proved to be a structure of scale - free complex network by testing method. Based on customer service and value - added service, an evolutionary structure is discussed. According to that analysis, managerial decisions of complex network for telecommunication service based on customer service and value -added service are put forward.
