| 摘 要： | 利用主成分分析法，编程上机运算，将评定纱线质量的七顶物理指标综合为两项主成分，这两项主成分的变差贡献累积达90％ ；利用这两项主成分，可优化细纱工艺参数。

| Abstract: | Seven physical targets on evaluating the yarn quality were summarized to two main constituents by programming and run on computer with main constituent analysis method,the difference variation contribution of two main constituent has been accumulated to 90%.The spinning processing parameters could be optimized by using two main constituent. |
