安瓿制剂中的可见异物实时视觉检测系统研究

摘    要:针对安瓿中可见异物的视觉检测需求,设计了基于机器视觉的安瓿制剂在线检测系统;研究了该检测系统的硬件构成和工作原理,为了从复杂的视觉图像中提取出微小的检测目标,系统运用机械方法使被测目标与背景间产生运动差异,利用精密的光学成像系统获取目标运动序列图像,通过图像灰度投影定位安瓿图像,并提出图像差分提取运动目标和粒子滤波跟踪运动目标方法来完成对异物的实时视觉检测;实验证明所研制的系统可有效地应用于安瓿制剂的可见异物在线检测。

Abstract:The on-line detection system for foreign substances in the ampoule was applied in the process of ampoule production.The basic configuration and work principle were researched.In order to identify the possible tiny foreign objects from the captured images,the system first used a mechanical method to make the target and background differences,and then through its sophisticated optical imaging system to obtain a series of images of rotation ampoule,finally,foreign substances were detected by image processing.T...
