| 摘 要： | 风险评估是ERP项目风险管理的重要环节,是成功实施ERP项目的重要前提.在系统识别和分析ERP项目风险及其影响因素的基础上,探讨了风险矩阵方法在ERP项目风险评估中的运用,拓展了风险矩阵的应用领域,也为ERP项目实践提供了一种简单易行的结构性风险管理方法.

| Abstract: | Risk assessment is one of the key processes of ERP risk management, which can guarantee the successful application of ERP in enterprises. After systematically discerned and analyzed the risk of ERP and some relevant factors, the paper discussed how to apply risk matrix in ERP risk assessment. As a conclusion, the paper provide a method of new program of risk management for ERP. |
