摘    要:针对余热锅炉中的流动加速腐蚀(FAC)问题,从工质、材质及水力因素三方面对其机理进行了探讨,定量分析了工质温度、pH值、含氧量、流速、流通截面形状以及管材合金含量和腐蚀速率的关系。结合联合循环余热锅炉的系统配置、结构特点及特有的运行模式提出了防腐措施。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of flow accelerated corrosion encountered by a waste heat boiler,influencing factors on the corrosion rate were studied,such as the medium's temperature,pH value,oxygen content,flow rate,shape of flow area as well as the chemical composition of pipe material etc.Combining features of the system's configuration and structure as well as specific operation mode of the combined-cycle waste heat boiler,corresponding anti-corrosion measures are proposed.
