Taking Advantage of Rich Resources Developing Petrochemical Industry Thinking about Developing and Fostering the New Economic Increasing Sectors in Shaanxi Province

This paper, based on taking advantage of rich resources in Shaanxi to develop Shaanxi Petrochemical industries, objectively analyses the four advantages of developing and fostering the new economic increasing sectors in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward three ideas, three tasks and six acts of speeding up the construction of energy and heavy chemicals base in North Shaanxi and greatly developing petroleum and chemical industry .
